RETURNS & REFUNDS

Before returning items to us, please read and follow the instructions below. Please make sure you understand our return policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Change Your Mind? 

 

No problem! Unused items* can be returned within 15 days of delivery. Upon receiving the items in the original condition, we will exchange the same-priced items or refund depending on the circumstance. 

 

Refund Policy: We want you to love your purchase! Not 100% satisfied? We will offer a 100% refund on any unused item* returned within 15 days of delivery.

*Unused products must be in brand-new condition with the original packaging. If any accessory or the original item was lost during the process of returning, we will deduct the price of the lost item from any refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Quality issues: If your items are broken by the time you received them, please send photos of evidence within 7 days of delivery. We will exchange the product or offer a refund.
